Our Philosophy

Courage. Strategy. Process. At Kordeleski Consulting, we stress these three pillars of support that help guide and define successful organizations. Courage shouldn’t be confused with risk taking—most credit unions and non-profit institutions are risk-averse and that is a positive attribute. Courage is required to implement and maintain the discipline required to establish strong processes within a system. Processes and systems are challenged by the status quo, human nature and economic forces outside of an organization. Having the courage to chart a new strategic course and establish “buy-in” internally and externally is particularly challenging in mature organizations that are member-driven or charitable in nature.

Kordeleski Consulting not only helps in the strategic planning and development phases but we help navigate economic, regulatory, cultural, technological and ongoing managerial challenges that arise along the way. Contact us now
